Who owns VOF, how it is funded, and where editorial control sits.
Voice of Fighter (VOF) is owned and operated by PT Tabooo Network Indonesia, an Indonesian media company that provides the corporate, commercial, production, digital and administrative infrastructure behind the publication.
VOF is not a separate legal entity. It operates as an independent media property within PT Tabooo Network Indonesia, alongside other media properties with distinct editorial mandates. Its role is specific: covering the combat ecosystem through journalism, visual storytelling, data and related media work.
Who Owns VOF
The corporate owner of Voice of Fighter is: PT Tabooo Network Indonesia
VOF maintains its own public identity, editorial positioning and coverage priorities. Corporate ownership does not turn the publication into a promotional channel for another media property, commercial partner, fighter, gym, promotion or organization.
Within the wider company structure, VOF can share resources such as production, technology, data, commercial operations and administrative support. However, its editorial authority remains separate.
How VOF Is Funded
VOF’s business model is designed around several revenue streams rather than dependence on a single advertiser, promotion or institutional partner.
These may include:
- Display and native advertising;
- Clearly labeled sponsored content;
- Media partnerships;
- Brand partnerships;
- Audiovisual and production services;
- Commercial directory products;
- Events and community activations;
- Licensing of photography, video, publishing and other intellectual property.
The model is intended to support the publication while reducing reliance on any one commercial relationship.
Advertising and Partnerships
VOF may work with brands, event organizers, gyms, combat businesses and other commercial partners.
Those relationships do not purchase editorial conclusions.
Sponsored or paid material must be identified clearly as Sponsored or Partner Content where applicable. Independent reporting remains subject to VOF’s editorial standards regardless of whether the people or organizations involved also have a commercial relationship with the company.
What Cannot Be Bought
VOF does not sell:
- Favorable editorial verdicts;
- Rankings;
- Positive coverage;
- Undisclosed endorsements;
- Removal of legitimate criticism;
- Fabricated reviews;
- Manufactured controversy.
Advertising can purchase visibility. A partnership can fund production or distribution. Neither gives a commercial party control over independent reporting.
That separation is central to VOF’s position as Independent Combat Media.
Editorial and Commercial Separation
Editorial decisions cover matters such as story selection, framing, headlines, sourcing, analysis, publication and corrections.
Commercial operations handle advertising, sponsorship, campaigns and partnerships.
The two sides may coordinate operationally, but commercial interests do not determine editorial outcomes.
Transparency
Ownership and funding matter because readers should know who stands behind the publication they are reading.
VOF therefore identifies its corporate owner, labels paid content and maintains a distinction between independent journalism and commercial work.
